After watching private equity firms prioritize short-term profits over customer success in the STR compliance market, the team reunited to build a better solution. Azora operates with a lean structure, leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver sustainable, effective solutions for municipalities.
The team previously built STR Helper, which was acquired by Host Compliance in 2019. After the acquisition and a three-year non-compete period, they returned to rebuild from scratch with lessons learned and improved technology.
